Partner pricing
Straightforward partner rates.
Northstar offers discounted institutional rates for schools, homeschool programs, community organizations, and education partners. Rates are set by the monthly volume of completed sessions.
Pilot
$45/ 60-min session
1–9 completed sessions / month
No monthly minimum.
Program
$42/ 60-min session
10–39 completed sessions / month
Requires at least 10 completed sessions in the billing month.
High-Volume Program
$38/ 60-min session
40+ completed sessions / month
Requires at least 40 completed sessions in the billing month.
- · All sessions are 60 minutes, one-to-one, and delivered live online.
- · No long-term contract and no monthly minimum at the Pilot tier.
- · Only completed sessions are billed; student-missed sessions are never charged.
- · Monthly invoice for completed sessions, Net 15 payment terms.
- · $0 setup fee, $0 enrollment fee, no prepayment required.
- · Includes tutor matching, scheduling coordination, and progress reporting on request.
Small groups, intensive test-prep programs, custom curriculum work, and dedicated tutoring blocks are priced separately. Rates shown are partner terms; the standard family rate remains $50 per 60-minute session.
