Northstar was founded by Joshua Lizardi around a simple idea: math tutoring should be personal, flexible, and focused on understanding — not just getting through an assignment.
Joshua continues to work directly with students while leading Northstar's instructional approach and growth. He has 9+ years of experience teaching mathematics, including college and graduate-level instruction.
